1. Product Manager

He is your Wingman- your point of contact and will collaborate with you throughout the entire product lifecycle.

2. Scrum Master/PM

Accountable for overseeing day-to-day operations, scheduling meetings with both the client and the team, and monitoring the budget. They ensure timely project delivery.

3. Product Design

The creative and design team is responsible for bringing your vision to life during the design phase.

4. Product Development

The Developers Team comprises front-end and back-end developers who are accountable for implementing each sprint.

5. QA

Ensures the product is functioning correctly and focuses on the overall user experience. They collaborate with developers on resolving bugs and implementing useful features.
